Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship within Belgium.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from West Flanders, Belgium.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work hard to process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing it. After that, we can no longer guarantee changes. However, once your order arrives, you can return it for a full refund if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Bancontact, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
When will my order be processed?
Your order will be prepared and ready to ship within 1–4 business days.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us at infoshop@donedestas.com. We’ll look into it and update you as soon as possible.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
No, you won’t be charged any customs or taxes at this time. Only shipping fees apply.
Can I return or request a refund for a product?
Yes, returns and refunds are possible as long as the product hasn’t been intentionally damaged. You have 14 days to return any product with the following link:

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please email infoshop@donedestas.com. Include your order number, photos of the product(s), and any relevant details. We'll make sure to resolve the issue quickly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are sent directly to your bank account. If you paid using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a debit card, your refund will usually appear within 5–7 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please contact infoshop@donedestas.com or your payment provider for assistance.
